Legs-Make 2 

Ch 5, Join

1. 6sc into the ring

2. 2sc in every st

3. 1sc in next st, 2sc in the next st after that, repeat to end.

4. 1 slip st in each st.

5. 1sc in back loops only.

6-25. 1sc in each st

Note: Change color on round 9

Body: Join legs on middle 2 st's sc around and join. (31 st's)

26-28. 1sc in each st.

29. 1sc in next 6 st's, 2sc in next st after that, repeat to last 3, 1sc in last 3 st's.

30-36. 1sc in each st.

37. 1sc in next 6 st's, 2sc in next st after that, repeat to last 3, 1sc in last 3 st's.

Ch 8, sl st to first ch

 1:  Ch 2,  15 dc into ring

 2:  1 fpdc in every dc (15 sts)

3: 1 fpdc in each fpdc from, 1 dc in each sp between the fpdc. Repeat

4:1 fpdc in each fpdc, 2 dc in each sp between the fpdc and dc. Repeat

5:  1 fpdc in each fpdc, 3 dc in each sp between the fpdc and dc. Repeat

6-16: Repeat round 5.

17: Ch 2, 1 fpdc in next st, 1 Bpdc in next st, repeat to end. 

18: Repeat round 17.

19: 1sc in each st.  Leave long tail for sewing. Sew hat on to head.
