Owl Sleeping Mask


Materials
White yarn
Yellow yarn
Black yarn
One color yarn of your choice
H 5.0 – F 3.75 Hooks
Scissors
Yarn needle

Mask
Ch 5, join
Rnd 1: ch 2, 10 hdc in ring, join
Rnd 2: ch 2, 2 hdc in each st, join
Rnd 3: ch 2, 1 hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st, repeat to end, join.
Rnd 4: ch 2, 1 hdc in next 2 st’s, 2 hdc in next st, repeat to end, join.
Rnd 5: repeat rnd 1-4 to make another circle.
Rnd 6: hdc both circles together for 4 st’s.

Eyes make 2
Ch 5, join
Rnd 1: ch 2, 10 hdc in ring, join
Rnd 2: ch 2, 2 hdc in each st, join
Rnd 3: ch 2, 1 hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st, repeat to end, join. Sew on mask.

Pupil make 2
Ch 5, join
Change to mask color
Rnd 1: ch 2, 10 hdc in ring, join
Rnd 2: ch 2, 2 hdc in each st, join sew on to mask.

Beak
Ch 11
Row 1: 2together in next st, 1 sc in next 6 st’s, 2together in next st.
Row 2: 2together in next st, 1 sc in next 4 st’s, 2together in next st.
Row 3: 2together in next st, 1 sc in next 2 st’s, 2together in next st.
Row 4: 2together x 2
Row 5: 2together, sew beak on mask.


Strap
Join your yarn on the side of mask and hdc in next 3 st's, turn ch 1, repeat until strap is as long as you want, repeat for other side. Enjoy sleeping mask.
