Body
Round 1: With white, 2 sc into each hole.
Round 2: Change to dark purple, ch 2, insert your hook into the next chain, continue to insert your hook into subsequent chains, yarning over and pulling through until there are six loops on your hook. With six loops on your hook, yarn over and pull through all six loops. Ch 1, insert your hook into the "eye" that you just made. Yarn over and pull through. Insert your hook into the space between the two last "spikes" from the first "star." Yarn over and pull through. Insert your hook into the same chain where you worked the last stitch of the previous star. Insert your hook into the next chain, yarn over and pull through. This will give you 6 loops on your hook. Repeat all the way around.
Round 3: Ch 1, 2 hdc in the eye of the star.
Round 4: Change to white, 1 sc in each st.
Round 5: Sl st in each st.
Round 6: Change to red, repeat rounds 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Inner Bag (Optional)
I just cut some old sheets and used felt size 9” by 12” I also used a snap to close the bag, then I hand sewed the inner bag to the outer bag.
Handle
For the handle you will continue the pattern from the bag except no sl st, make your chain as long as you want your handle and adding 4 to start the start st. Once done attach you handle by sc. Enjoy.
