Round 1: ch 2, 6 sc into second ch from hook. (6)
Round 2: 2 sc into each st. (12)
Round 3: 1 sc in the next st, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (18)
Round 4: 1 sc in next 2 st’s, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (24)
Round 5: 1 sc in the next 3 st’s, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (30)
Round 6: 1 sc in next 4 st’s, 2 sc in next st, repeat till end. (36)
Round 7-16: 1 sc in each st. (36)
Round 17: In FLO, 4 hdc in next st, sk 1, sl st in next st. repeat to end.
Sl St in next stitch Finish off and weave in ends.
Ice Cream Scoop Bottom
Round 1: Ch 6, join, ch 2, 13 dc in ring, sl st to ch 2 (14)
Round 2: Ch 2, 2 dc in each st sl st to ch 2 (27)
Round 3: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st, repeat to end, sl st to ch 2 (40)
Round 4: Ch 2, 1 hdc in each st, sl st to ch 2. (40)
Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.
Head
Round 1: ch 2, 6 sc into the ring. (6)
Round 2: 2 sc into each st. (12)
Round 3: 1 sc in the next st, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (18)
Round 4: 1 sc in the next 2 st’s, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (24)
Round 5: 1 sc in the next 3 st’s, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (30)

Cut your yarn (leaving a long tail for sewing) and fasten off. Stuff the head to your liking.
Fins (make 4)
Round 1: ch 2, 6 sc into the ring. (6)
Round 2: 2 sc into each st. (12)
Round 3: 1 sc in the next st, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (18)
Round 4: 1 sc in next 2 st’s, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (24)
Round 5: 1 sc in the next 3 st’s, 2 sc in the next st, repeat till end. (30)

Round 7-11: 1 sc in each st (36)
Fold your piece in half and sc through both sides. Do this all along the edge, seaming it closed. Cut your yarn (leaving a long tail for sewing) and fasten off.
Assembly
Sew the head to the side of the ice cream.
On the underside of the shell, sew 2 fins at either side of the head. Sew the other two fins at the back of the shell. Tie off all your ends and then cut the excess.
