PU Leather Bag Bottom

5.0 mm crochet hook

Abbreviations:

Ch: Chain

St: Stitch

Sl st: Slip stitch

Sc: Single crochet

Dc: Double crochet

Fptr: Front Post Treble

 

Pattern

With Green Agate, 1 sc in each hole, sl st to end.

Round 1: Ch 1, 1 dc in each st. Sl st

Round 2: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st. Sl st

Round 3: Ch 3, fptr in the next dc from the previous round, 1 dc in next st, skip next post, repeat to end. Sl st

Round 4: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st. Sl st

Round 5: Ch 3, fptr in the next dc from the previous round, 1 dc in next st, repeat to end. Sl st

Round 6: Repeat rounds 4-5

 

Now you will use your black and weave in and out of the purse, so we can make our seeds.

Now we will do the inside of the bag, Ch 121, Join

Round 1: 1 sc in each ch. Repeat until bag is the same size as the outside bag. When you have some of the inside bag done you can sew up the bottom. Make sure to do your box corners (Go here to learn to do box corners Sunflower) I forgot to take the photo for the inside of the bag, but it should look like this.

You need to put the Magnetic Button Clasp on before you sew the inside to the outside.

Now we move on to the handles, ch 5 sc back and forth continue sc until the handle is 26 inches. Make 2. 

Sew handles on to bag.
